Met Rick and Deb at the oldest bar west of the Rockies in Genoa. Living life in Nevada...4 bicycles amongst 25 bikes with motors! Much smarter than this 4! Meanwhile kind and gracious folks across the way at the general store were figuring a place for us to camp. Thank you Doug, Daniel and Buzz for your hospitality! Wish we could have stayed for the fun on Friday night! thanks also to Dougs daughter! We stayed on back of the country store, cooked our pasta and to bed early! Great Morman park across the street with beautiful pavillions and facilities made our stay extra pleasant! Great history on the pony express and the Mormans. Some claim Genoa was the first settlement in Nevada, others say Dayton. Either way Genoa is beautiful!
