route a bit! We rode through the city needing to jog quite a bit to
avoid highways and one way streets, etc. Thankfully, the Reds were
away that's all I can say! We went through some incredible burbs on
the way to Milford where we stayed at another Homeward Suites like
West Sacramento thanks to folks in WS getting us a family rate! Thanks
Erin! We rode the last part on the Little Miami Scenic Trail in the
dark with our lights. We did about 90 miles total this days and as we
were riding into the hotel, it started drizzling. We have been so
lucky with weather even with the flood! New personal best for the
kids. Would love to get a century in for them but Kansas would have
been the spot, but no tailwinds! Last part of this day washed the
paying someone for today's ride. Riding through the city was fun but
would be more enjoyable without the worries of my duckling's welfare!
So proud of them!
